- address the developmental consequences of divorce and separation for children;
- examine current evidence of the impact of conflict on young children; and
- outline resources available for parents in dispute over the care of very young children.
Jennifer McIntosh is a clinical and developmental psychologist, family therapist and researcher. A Professor of Psychology at Deakin University, Jenn leads the perinatal science stream of the Centre for Social and Emoritonal Development. She is a Fellow of the Murdoch Children's Research Institute and a Senior Fellow of the University of Melbourne.
Jenn's 30-year career has been devoted to attachment and care-giving, focused on families and young children experiencing trauma or transition.
